Operating in Scarborough for almost 30 years, Fortuna Chinese Restaurant has become a local landmark, famous for serving fresh Chinese cuisine in a comfortable and authentic setting. Adorned with lanterns,dragons and a vibrant red colour scheme, the restaurant has an authentic chinese-style ambience. We can host many parties and seminars for local clubs, families and groups - anyone wanting to celebrate in relaxing surroundings and indulge in a genuine Chinese feast. Our venue is very spacious, ideal for gatherings, plus we have a special function room at the back where people can enjoy an intimate and private setting. The menu features an extensive array of dishes including the popular Fortuna chiken; sizzling garlic king prawns, chilli or plain; mongolian lamb; and sweet and sour chicken, braised or fried. We also offer special kids set menu, which features a choice of two dishes, served with chips, a glass of soft drink and vanilla ice cream on the cone at the end of the meal. We strive to uphold tradition at Fortuna by serving hot towels and mints at the end of each meal, which adds a nice final touch.
